A written proposal covering scope and materials, walked through with you line by line.
Scheduling
We set your start date and plan the work around your household.
Build
Denis runs the site. You get regular updates as the work moves along.
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work with you and make sure every detail is right before we call it done.

Project #1 was a small bathroom reno in our rental house. There were some unforeseen hurdles resulting in the work order being revised and everything was transparent.
Project #2 was a nightmare job to add exterior stone cladding to our 140 year old home. This was a challenge as there were no straight exterior walls to work with. With lots of shimming, our exterior is now straight and the exterior stone finishes it off beautifully.
We enjoyed getting to know Maleky and Denis and feel like we gained friends.
