In our clients' words.

Maleky and Denis are two of the nicest young men you will meet. We had them complete two projects for us. We loved that both of them came out to look at the projects and what we wanted. A few days later they returned with a quote and walked us through their work plan. Everything was outlined clearly and they answered every question.

Project #1 was a small bathroom reno in our rental house. There were some unforeseen hurdles resulting in the work order being revised and everything was transparent.

Project #2 was a nightmare job to add exterior stone cladding to our 140 year old home. This was a challenge as there were no straight exterior walls to work with. With lots of shimming, our exterior is now straight and the exterior stone finishes it off beautifully.

We enjoyed getting to know Maleky and Denis and feel like we gained friends.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with [Maleky] and [Denis] on a project with an incredibly tight turnaround, and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. From the very beginning, they set realistic expectations, under promised, and then completely over delivered in every possible way.

What really stood out right from the start was their professionalism. They hand delivered my quote and took the time to walk me through every single detail. I never felt confused or uncertain at any point. I knew I wasn't being overlooked, and I genuinely felt like I had found the two guys who would get the job done right.

Their attention to detail and commitment to quality was evident in every aspect of the design and execution. No corner was cut; every small detail was thoughtfully considered and handled with care. They worked tirelessly to ensure our project was completed on time and within budget, which in itself is impressive, but the final result far exceeded anything we had imagined.

Beyond their craftsmanship, [Maleky] and [Denis] are simply a joy to work with. They are hardworking, honest, and incredibly charismatic. They made what could have been a stressful renovation feel like a seamless, even enjoyable experience. Each day, they showed up with a positive attitude, and somehow always left the space spotless; something that never went unnoticed or unappreciated.

If you're looking for a team you can trust completely, who will go above and beyond while making the process feel effortless, look no further. Thank you both so much! I cannot recommend you highly enough!

We are very happy with the renovation project on our home. Praesidium was fair and flexible with estimates, and worked with us through every step. Quality craftsmanship & professional results. Would recommend 👌

This team has a strong work ethic. They followed through on everything in the contract in a timely manner. They communicated frequently, making suggestions and checking to see if there were questions or concerns. Very pleased with the result and will most definitely use this company again.

Great company! I needed an awning installed on the side of my mobile home to eliminate moisture and water from leaking through my doors and windows. They worked hard to ensure that everything was sealed and weatherproofed on-top of installing the awning. Great work and fair prices, I will use them again for any custom work or upgrades needed on my place. Thanks again!

Amazing Customer Service. They were really helpful and offered tons of solutions to the problem I had with my bathroom renovation. I would definitely recommend them again!!
